Acrobat 6 does support EPS as an option when you select "Save As".

Hi -
Has anyone found or written their own batch sequence SAVING AS EPS for
multiple files? Besides TIF, PNG, and JPEG,
Acrobat does not seem to provide this out of the box.
It would be nice to have this batch sequence to select files for EPS,
rather
than having to open each one, etc.
