Document Sciences software is used by most of the major insurance firms.
You can find more information of competitive packages thru AIIM

This is the venue/organization for most high volume document processing vendors and firms.

There is much more to this process than merely creating correspondence and policy generation.
What are the expectations to storage, printer independence, (AFP, Meta-code, Interpress, postscript, etc.), archiving, retrieval, and more.

Color document production, signatures, PDF rendering, Certificate Authentication, state licensing rules, to name a few items for discussion.

A client of mine is considering pursuit of Document Sciences software for consumer correspondences and insurance policy packaging.  I am currently evaluating this against other solutions.

Has anyone used DocSci for this type of solution?  Can you pls comment on the overall cost for implementation (software license plus services offered by DocSci)?

Any thoughts are appreciated.    Thanks.

John
