Hi there
Whenever I convert a three-page article to PDF, it automatically makes a
double-page spread of the last two pages, with the first page standing
alone. Usually, I need the frist two pages as a facing spread, and the third
page as a stand-alone. How do I achieve this?

You could just print it as a file instead of to your printer to create
a postscript file and then distill that. It's one way to do it.
