Hello,

I've produced a PDF from an InDesign file, using the eBook settings. I used this setting because it seems to give a crisper, more readable appearance for the placed Illustrator files that I have. I have no problems printing the file from my Mac nor does another coworker from his PC. We have full versions of Acrobat 5. Others (mainly PC users) are using Acrobat Reader 5 or Approval who can't print the file. Any ideas as to what the problem might be? If I save it as a normal PDF, using InDesign's screen settings, these users have no problems.

Thanks for any help.
