OK.

Currently, our .pdf files are in the range of 20-35 MB, so
our customers, whether large co's with the capabilities of working with such
large files or small co's without the capabilities of working with these
files, are unable to quickly and efficiently view the .pdf files.

Yup...

After viewing your website, I have three questions:
1.) How can I use your tools to compress my .pdf files down to the range of
2-5 MB?
2.) Can I download or work with a demo version of the compression tools?
3.) How much would a demo and/or the tool cost to purchase?

I don't know which product you have in mind, but for color scans (with or without OCR), I recommend that you look at the new Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional. It includes a basic Capture/OCR module as well a great tool for scans called PDF Optimizer that does something called "Adaptive Compression".
