I've had a font problem for ages now with a particular document that I get from a Very Large Customer (tm), whereas the bullets get replaced by squares in Acrobat 5, but not usually in 4. I just installed 6, and it does it too. What's causing it? I can open it in 4 and this doesn't happen, however, I want to use 6's advanced features. Also, I want to be able to convert the 4 color process doc to grayscale, but I also want to be able to increase contrast in the photos. The girl that used to do these did that, and I don't know how. Can anyone shed light on either of these two questions?
