Hi Kylie, I see what you mean, the 4 seems tracked to the character on it's left it prints like this to laser as well, so, I sustituted the Zurich font with a copy I hold this corrected the problem on screen and it printed ok to laser. Have you tried another copy of Zurich yours may be corrupt or someone may have opened the font and edited that character, you can check this by using fontographer.
