I am working on MS Windows XP Office with Windows 2002.  After having upgraded to Acrobat 6.0 I can no longer choose numerous documents from the Explorer and have them converted to Acrobat SHOWING MARKUPS.  Evidently, while converting the documents, Acrobat updates the “Tracking” to show the FINAL document and not the FINAL SHOWING MARKUPS as I save them.  Therefore, I have to open the documents individually and then choose PDF Maker as my printer and convert the document that way.  So far, this is the only way I can find to ensure the documents show up in Acrobat with the edits and markups showing as they were made in Word.  The problem here is that I have 100s of documents to be converted and merged into one document, then bookmarked and linked.  I do not have the time to physically open each & every document to ensure the markups convert.

 

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
