[PDF-Basics] Relative Hyperlinking

Hello- I have been unable to successfully insert a relative hyperlink (that remains a relative hyperlink) into Acrobat 5.0 from either Office products or a hand-coded HTML file. The relative hyperlinks work fine in their native application, but upon export through distiller the hyperlink is no longer recognized. I want to be able to create a Table of Contents master document that hyperlinks to other PDF documents in subordinate subdirectories, later to be moved to CDROM. Thanks for any assistance – John
