Can you tell me how can I find the resolution of a PDF file?

A PDF does NOT have a resolution. It is a resolution independant compound document format.

However, raster images in a PDF will have a resolution...

02 The Images in the PDFs should be at 600 dpi.

Try preflight software - Acrobat 6, Markzware, PitStop, etc.
