First buy Acrobat, and then install it. (There are free online tools for
generating PDFs but others will have to tell you how they work and whether
they would work for Access.) Once installed, you should be able to print to
the Acrobat Distiller driver.

When Acrobat is installed, it adds a new item called Acrobat to the menu of
other programs in the Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint...but not
to Access.

You can change the job options for Distiller from the print menu (click on
the Properties button). There are "preset" sets of job options available and
you can create new ones to suit your particular needs.

Thanks for your reply. Now how do I go about doing this. Do I have to
print to a pdf printer driver. Can I do it directly from a tool bar/

Thanks

D and J,

I frequently print Access reports to PDF. While I have Acrobat 5, I'd be
surprised if Acrobat 6 doesn't work as well.

I don't know about Access, but Acrobat converts Filemaker reports in a
heartbeat. Great to work with.
