You can't. The customized version of that feature is PDF Optimizer in Acrobat 6 Pro.

What do you define as "safest" and "industrial strength"???



I haven't found anything comparable to the Create Acrobat PDF
shortcut I used to use in Mac OS 9.2

What's wrong with printing to "Adobe PDF" in Mac OS X & Acrobat 6? That's the exact equivalent of "Create Adobe PDF" in Mac OS 9 (ie. print to PS->Distiller->PDF).
