This may be a stupid question but here it goes anyway - are you using
Acrobat Reader or do you have a full version of Acrobat? Also which
version of Acrobat do you have? Do you possibly have Adobe Photoshop or
Illustrator as well?

I have been reading all these questions and solutions and have learned a
lot
about the PDF files I use. Can you please tell me where to find the Text
Touch Up Tool? I have gone through everything but don't see it. This would
be a very valuable tool to let me people know about. Thank you, Pat
