thanks for your response. i am not yet familiar with acrobat 6. i would like
to know what is the reason why im getting an error that says file is damage
when i try to export the fdf using acrobat 5 and create a header and footer
from that fdf using acrobat 6. it seems theres a conflict between acrobat 5
and 6 in creating a header and footer from the fdf.

do you have any idea how i'll fix this problem?? and by the way what do you
mean <drum roll> ??i have no idea whats this means

again your help is greatly appreciated

thanks
gladdy :)

The best you can do is ....

<drum roll>

... nothing at all.

Just leave the forms, and they work.

Well, there are a few things which have been messed up ehh.... "fixed"
with Acrobat 6, and you might have to set up your workarounds. In any
case, you better test the forms under Acrobat 6.

There is NO "Acrobat 6 FDF" and there is NO "Acrobat 5 FDF". There is
only THE FDF. So, nothing to worry.

Hope, this can help.
