Seems pretty clear what the problem is...
You've chosen to use a font whose author/vendor does NOT permit embedding in a PDF...Distiller, therefore, is prevented from using embedding and is telling you so.
You will either need to switch fonts OR contact the author/vendor of the font and see if they offer a version which permits embedding.
