I've had this problem in the past too and I've managed to fix by setting all
pages to the same dpi (strange I know)

first select ALL of your worksheets..

>From the pull down menu select File => Page Setup

On the Page tab there is an item on the bottom of the screen that says
"Print Quality", usually options are 300, 600, 1200.

There maybe nothing in this field if your worksheets are set to a different
print quality.  Choose one then save your file..

I don't know why this happens or why this works, but it should fix your
problem ... of course you need to print ENTIRE WORKBOOK as well.
