I have lost my Acrobat toolbar when I am viewing a document from inside Internet Explorer. I can't print, zoom, etc. without the toolbar. (I closed the toolbar inside IE myself, but now I cannot get it back by right-clicking.) Anyone know how I can get the Acrobat toolbar back in IE?
