These are sent in Excel format since each salesperson must add their contact information (Name, Ph#, email address, etc.) to particular cells. They save this information prior to faxing/emailing/printing. Ideally we'd like these to be in PDF format rather than Excel format when they are sent from the sales force (data integrity, file size, receiver printing issues, etc.) Is there a solution other than having each person purchase Adobe Writer and convert from Excel to PDF themselves? Are there automation possibilities (something like mail merge or a macro) where I could create and disseminate these (1) in an efficient manner (2) in PDF format (3) with each unique sales person's contact information present?
