Hello Ed and thank you for the reply - Windows XP - WordPerfect 10.  Acrobat 5. I pick the Acrobat Distiller to print the file to - it acts like it's working, then just stops. I can break it into smaller pieces, but would rather not. I would like to send the book to my printer .pdf instead of hard copy and I'm sure he will appreciate that also. What version of Wordperfect? Are you connected to a postscript printer. Do you have any version of Acrobat (4, 5, or 6)?   As to whether it's possible, yes it is? It just depends on your hardware/software. If you have the Acrobat printer driver installed on your system, you should be able to print directly to PDF.
