Please help me out. I have been tasked witht the following: My company has a ton of applications coming in from outside vendors. We would like to begin archiving these applications electronically, so we thought of scanning them and storing them as pdfs on our server. Then we thought of having our vendors sending us the applications already scanned and in pdf format. But they said it would be a lot of work on their end to scan everything. Which is true. Is there a cheap solution to create an e-form in pdf that can be filled out by them on their PC and then sent to us. I've seen a solution by company called amgraf, that accomplishes what we want but it's expensive. Any suggestions?
