I'm not the list cop or trying to be unhelpful but this is a PDF basics list. Though you may find an answer here if you don't try one of the Adobe User Groups for your question. You might want to give a bit more specifics like Hardware (Mac/PC) and Software when you send this question along. Good Luck!
