I don’t know just how you’d edit it, but consider the following two lines of code:
<a href="">
<a href="" target="_blank">Ohio-Air</a>
The first line, when in an html file, will show up as
Ohio Air
And when you click on it will go there. When you close it, you are no longer in your original file.
The second line (because of the target) will open the web pagein a new page, which when you close it, still leaves your original page up and showing.
