Are you the one who generated the 12x18 output from a source document. If so, how did you do it. I'm a little rusty on pre-press, but it seems as if your document is allowing for crop marks on output. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Why don't you attach the PDF file to a post and see if anyone can take a crack at figuring it out.

Have a file PDF 12 x 18 using Acrobat Reader 6.0 to view and print. Problem when I choose
12 x 18 in the properties for specific printer chosen the preview shows 12.6 x 19.7 and when sent
to the Xerox 2045 colour copier this same incorrect size shows up. In Reader when viewing file it
clearly says 12 x 18. Does anyone have any ideas, I have restarted both systems, uninstalled and
reinstalled Acrobat Reader? I use a PC, Windows2000.
