You need to ask the originator to use the press quality settings in Distiller, so that the fonts are embedded and subset. That did work, but you were right, they did not embed the fonts. I suppose there is no way of me changing the fonts? I seem to be learning something new on every job that comes in, but I have to refresh myself each time. You were a big help the last time I had a problem. My output for now is to a laser printer.
