The problem you are having appears to have everything to do with your
printer.

Please tell me exactly how you are making your PDF? Step-by-step.

Did you install the Adobe Virtual Printer and the Acrobat Distiller PPD?
What printer are you selecting when you make your PostScript file? What is
the PostScript error?

Unless you are using the Distiller PPD, you will have problems with color
issues and fonts embedding in the document.

Send me a copy of your PDF (privately) and I should be able to tell you
exactly what is wrong. But also, please answer the questions. Otherwise I,
and we, are flying blind.

Hi all, It's me again.

If you remember, I was having problems producing a pdf from Quark. I just
upgraded my software to include Acrobat 6.0 Pro with Distiller 6.

I STILL have problems creating a pdf.
1. "Press" optimized doesn't work. It shows a postscript error.
2. Saving in any lower level like standard or screen works but shows a
Helvetica font problem.
3. The color ad I am saving turns black and white. Why?

I was sooooo hoping getting the updated version of Acrobat would work but
it's just the same old problems. Grrrrrr!

Help!
