Does anyone know of a way to enlarge the dimensions of a pdf. I would like to add a border of white around an existing pdf. I would like to do it without printing the pdf to a pdf on a larger page size.
Create a new blank page sized as you need, with Acrobat. Then select the Object Touch-up tool, select all, copy/paste to the new page.
A new blank page in Acrobat requires a line of JavaScript in the console, a plug-in like Enfocus Pitstop, Quite imposing, ..., or my free abracadabraTools.
