We occasionally get pdfs from China that you need the Chinese pack to view. However, they're always in English, and we have to pass on these pdfs to outside referees who might find it pain to have to download and install a separate component to view. Is there any way that Acrobat (or some other program) can take out the necessity for the Chinese pack to view the pdf on other PCs?
