PDF-Basics is a service provided by PDFzone.com | http://www.pdfzone.com/ __________________________________________________________________

This is actually a good sign, stating that your signature is valid.

If you don't want any indication that the document is signed, you would have to create an "invisible" signature, which is displayed only in the Signatures panel.

If you want to prevent the document from verifying the signature when opening, you would have to deactivate that feature in the preferences.

Hope, this can help.
