Let us all know your configuration and how you are producing the .eps file. Are you the one creating it and what program is it coming from. Are you imbedding the fonts correctly. You should use a .ps or .prn file and use Distiller.

Is there a good way to convert an EPS and keep the vector qualities? The method I used was (in Acrobat 6.1): File > Create PDF > From File.
