Thanks for the help. If I upgrade to Acrobat 6.0 is the problem solved?
Would it solve the problem? Well, yes, for _you_, it would. But if you deal with user who did not upgrade yet, the problems persist.
As it has been said in another message in this thread, the common understanding is that you do best by having both, Acrobat 5 AND Acrobat 6 Professional around ... either on different machines -- physically or virtually -- or, if you know what you are doing, on the same machine (the problems are primarily on Windows; on OSX there are way fewer issues...).
