It sounds as if you might have your answer. When you choose the distiller printer option to print to, click the properties box in the print dialogue box and take the check out of "Do not send fonts to distiller". Pls go to Acrobat Distiller printer properties "Adobe PDF Settings" page and turn OFF the option "Do Not Send Fonts to Distiller".
