have a PDF file created by a customer in Acrobat 6, I am using Reader 6.0 to view then
print. When I
print some text appears but on a whole most does not, some images are also cut off. Is
it safe to
say the customer improperly created the PDF and possibly forgot to embed the fonts. I
work on a PC
w/ Win2000 platform, Acrobat 5.
I made changes to the FONT POLICY within the printer itself, per Xerox, and still get
missing
text. Is there something else I missed? What do I say to customer to help them
properly prepare the
PDF?
