Hello Eder.

I have been getting around the gnu pdf web and knowledge base and I
only wanted to point two things that could enhance the project
management and development very much (IMHO)

First of all, many thanks for your suggestions. I highly appreciate
your interest in improve the project development.

Now lets see the suggestions.

One is the use of svn instead cvs (http://subversion.tigris.org/),
with for me is much better

svn has some practical advantages over CVS but conceptually it is
almost the same thing. Maybe in a future we will feel the need to
migrate to a distributed revision management system such as bazaar,
but currently CVS serves our needs quite well.

Currently I dont see any specific need to change the revision
management system for the project.

and the other one is the use of trac (http://trac.edgewall.org/)
Trac integrates all the main issues of the development process such
as tickets, bugs, tasks, wiki, etc,...

Some time ago I considered to use trac in this project. It seems to be
a good tool for project management but it is too oriented to
subversion. We already have good wiki capabilities (using mediawiki)
and bugs and tasks management (using fryspray).
