I finished the development of the Time module, at least until the unit tests from Anish get commited ;-).BTW, if you feel that the implementation of the time module is completed please close the related flyspray tasks.
I will completely close it as soon as I finish the development of the new three functions in the API, instead of creating a new task for them.
