Hello David. There are several files in the base layer whose header contains Time-stamp: "". However GNU/Emacs requires a whitespace so: Time-stamp: " " in order to update it.
I modified the files in the trunk to have correct timestamps. Many thanks for your report :) Aleks, I suppose that the script generating the generated text-* source files should be instructed to generate _filled_ time-stamps, isnt it?
