BTW, It would be nice to document a bit more which error codes the Stream
implementation is waiting from the Filters and how each one behaves. (until
now
I had to deduce this by reading the Stream source code)
I will write down a note about it in the architecture page.
BTW, I didn't understand you when you asked me to add filters in
the pdf-filter utility, now I know what you meant, I'll do it for
the flate filter, no problem.
