I converted utils/toktest.c into utils/pdf-tokeniser.[ch] in order to distribute it along with pdf-filter.
The program is now implementing the standard --help, --usage and --version command line options, and a help2man generated manpage has been added in doc/pdf-tokeniser.1 I am inserting some tasks in the flyspray to write down the chapters for pdf-filter and pdf-tokeniser in the gnupdf-util.texi file. -- Jose E.
