Ok sorry, the pdf_fsys_s structure exists. In this case I will
provide:

   struct pdf_fsys_s pdf_fsys_http;

and a macro:

   #define PDF_FSYS_HTTP &pdf_fsys_http

This does not require changes to the filesystem module.
