Please find attached a proposed patch
bzr send -o ./patch-amp-2011-03-03
implementing the required UUID functionalities.If the implementation is going to keep the pdf_uuid_s structure in the heap then I think it would be better to change the name from pdf_uuid_generate to pdf_uuid_new and to provide a pdf_uuid_destroy function as well.
