this mailinglist is working. I have no idea what happened to GNU PDF. I tried to commit several code pieces in December and before. But the maintainers do not comment or commit.
And that is my fault; I completely forgot about the LZW filter issue with EarlyChange. I don't promise anything about when I'll find time to review this thing, truth be told, but I keep it in my TODO list.
