Removing the password on a file that you didn't protect could potentially land 
you in legal trouble.  I would recommend avoiding it.

Perhaps if you contacted the author of the document for a non-protected copy, 
they might be willing to provide one.

Sorry for bothering but it would be great if you could advise me on the 
following...


I have a password protected PDF file (for opening needs password) ... tried to 
apply many hijack programs but still cant open...
 I was thinking is it possible to view from "programing point of view" how this 
file is made from inside to switch off the password option for it.... Is such 
approach reasonable or what could be done ? Or where can i read about this 
topic...
