[PDF-Forms] Tags

I have a file already in pdf format (96 pages which I did not create), I wish to add tags so that the file can be read in a tungsten palm computor/phone ... I cannot seem to find anything in the manuals to guide me... does anyone have experience with this type of challenge... ?   Any advice would be greatly appreciated...   Running windows XP 1.2Ghz Celeron Acrobat 5 (6 available but not loaded yet...)   Thanks in advance for constructive advice...   Stephen
