It may sound paradox, but the reason for that slow downloading is because the file is "optimized for fast web view". Deactivate this optimization, and you will be amazed how much faster it will download.

I have a created a pdf form with about 180+ fields, with some JavaScript error checking, that emails the FDF file. My problem is that my pdf form is big (400kb - 11 pages) that it takes forever to download on a 56k modem. I have already used the Save As command to compress the file and 400 seems to be as small as I can get. Is there anyway to make the process of rendering the form on the client browser faster?
