[PDF-Forms] Setting Display Preferences?

Can display preferences (i.e. smoothing) be associated with a PDF document so that graphics always appear “smooth” regardless of each individual users’ Acrobat settings? I think the app’s default setting is for “Smooth Line Art” not to be selected… how can I make sure it is selected on each PC (to make sure the graphics look clear on screen)?   Thanks, ez
