I have checked the documentation. It does have programmatic interface, but limit to 3 
kind of options:
1) Have a save-as dialog
2) Fixed filename
3) Base on the original document name.

If I really want to keep changing file name, the only option I will have is to keep 
editing the ini file to change the fixed filename into something else everytime I 
create a new pdf. 

The tool emulate a printer driver. So I just send all my reports etc to the "printer" 
for output to pdf.
