I've got a pdf which has a registration form on page 1. I'd like to prevent
users from viewing and printing this pdf until they complete this form.

I have been able to create javascript which captures the page nav events, but,
printing is still possible, and changing the view to 'Continuous Facing' still
allows the user to see the contents of the doc. Is there a way to dynamically
disable printing and changing of the view to 'continuous facing' through
javascript or some other technique?

Another approach I've looked at is to place a single image button form over all
pages, dynamically removing this when the user registers. The problem with
this has been that the doc can not be web optimized/linearized, really hurting
download performance on the web and greatly increasing file size with all those
forms in some cases. Is there any way to avoid the drawbacks to this approach?

Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Brian
