We are creating an
application where the final output is a PDF. We would like to have the
ability to batch print and/or local print the PDF. We can do
either. The problem is that one of our requirements is that the first
page be on company letterhead and subsequent pages on plain paper. Is
there a way to add code to the PDF to tell which printer tray to pull
from?
