1. Under form field Properties - Appearance, check 'Read Only' 2. Are you saying that after you have typed in values into the form fields, you print it but the form fields are blank on the paper when it prints out? I've no idea why this is happening. When I choose File -> Print and then print my form it clears the form.  Is there anyway to turn this off?   Thanks! Mark
