Padova's book 'Creating Adobe Acrobat Forms' has chapters on Calculating Field
Data (includes sections on the Acrobat preset calculations, and _javascript_
calculations), arrays, formatting etc.
Check Netscape's site for the official _javascript_ reference and
guide(http://devedge.netscape.com/central/_javascript_/),
and you might want to get a _javascript_ reference to give some depth a/o
examples to the syntax and functions available to you (I use Flanagan's
Definitive Guide; also consider Goodman's Bible).

Subject: [PDF-Forms] Calculations AHH!I am a very new user of Adobe Acrobat. I have been charged with converting all of my company's Word forms to Adobe forms. I understand the basics but when _javascript_ is needed I am clueless. How can I find quick and easy lines of code that will enable me to do simple division, multiplication, addition, and subtraction calculations? I have the Adobe Forms How-to book but it is very unclear in this area. Many of the forms I will be creating require some sort of calculations, can anyone help me?Amy
