Congratulations and welcome to the World of PDF.   You can e-mail a PDF file as an attachment with any e-mail application that supports attachments. Since you are creating your PDF's on a mac, be sure to add the .pdf extension to any PDF files you e-mail as PC users who receive your file will need that to be able to open them.   You can post a PDF file on a website as a downloadable file link.
